A Sister who lived with Mother Maddalena, the foundress of the Poor Clares in the United States remembered: In time of trial of the Church she often had a novena to the Blessed Sacrament which then was exposed night and day. In the case of a hardened sinner she would expose the Blessed Sacrament, to intercede that the soul would make its peace with God, I know that this happened three times. (See also October 24th)
