The following is related of a young African Poor Clare, Sister Clare of the Eucharist, who died at a young age of cancer of the bone: On December 16th there occurred an unusual happening that summed up the meaning of Sister Clare’s life. During the Eucharistic celebration, at the moment of the elevation, Father Constanzo saw in the consecrated Host the face of Sister Clare. Later in the afternoon Sister told him: This morning I was sleeping but had the impression of participating at the Eucharist in some place, I don’t know where. It was the Holy Spirit that revealed to the missionary the spiritual communion that united the Sister with her Lord, and through Him with her spiritual Father
