From her novitiate she had had the grace of receiving the sacrament of love daily, a gift that had always been granted her. Later, she would make it her concern to obtain this grace for the whole community. The moment of communion is the time of the most intense mystical experiences; it is, moreover, a source of peace and interior sweetness, of spiritual strength and of generosity in difficulties. She felt a strong attraction to the Eucharist even in His real Presence.
